By purchasing from filtrow.com you agree 
to these terms. Filtrow is an Australian 
e-commerce brand selling filtered 
showerheads and accessories.

2. Products
All products are sold as described 
on our website. Product images are 
for illustration purposes and may 
vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD)
and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change without notice.

4. Orders
By placing an order you confirm that 
all information provided is accurate.
We reserve the right to cancel any order 
at our discretion.

5. Shipping
We ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Delivery takes 5-16 business days.
Free shipping on all orders.
Tracking information will be provided 
via email once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 40-day money back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase 
contact us within 40 days of receiving 
your order.
A $9.95 return fee applies and will be 
deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed to the original 
payment method or as store credit.
Items must be returned in original condition.

7. Warranty
Filtrow products are covered by a 
12-month warranty against manufacturing 
defects under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty does not cover damage caused 
by misuse, accidents or normal wear.

8. Filter Replacement
Filters are consumable products and 
are not covered under warranty.
We recommend replacing your filter 
every 30-60 days depending on usage.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on filtrow.com including 
images, text and branding is the 
property of Filtrow and may not be 
used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
Filtrow is not liable for any indirect 
or consequential damages arising from 
the use of our products beyond the 
original purchase price.

11. Privacy
We collect and use your personal data 
in accordance with our Privacy Policy 
available on our website.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws 
of Australia. Any disputes will be 
resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
